$160. 101 Days. No Code. The Origin Story Behind Paxelo.ai

I built a production-ready SaaS platform for $160 with no programming background, at 65 years old. This is why — and what it proves about experience, AI, and the businesses that are still waiting to be built.

Years old. No CS degree.

Not a prototype. Not a demo. A live, deployed product: 13 pages, 30-plus API endpoints, Stripe payments, email onboarding, a WordPress plugin, and a go-to-market plan. Built by someone with no programming background, using AI tools, in 101 days, for $160.

I’m Stephen Sowinski. Thirty years in sales and marketing — semiconductor companies, energy, PCB manufacturing, advanced materials. $800 million in revenue driven for other people’s businesses. And about a year ago I looked at what AI tools could do and asked myself a question I should have asked sooner: why not me?

Not for a company project. Not because I had to. To prove that at 65, with a lifetime of business experience and the right tools, you can still build something from nothing.

The insight that started everything: I watched B2B technology companies publish content for years and rank for nothing — and I knew exactly why and what the fix looked like. That gap between knowing the problem and having the tool to solve it is exactly where Paxelo.ai came from.

Paxelo.ai is a content intelligence tool. It tells B2B and B2C companies what to publish next, in what format, for which audience — and why. Not a keyword list. A publishing decision with the reasoning attached.

This series is 30-plus episodes documenting the complete build — every decision, every mistake, every build commit — from December 2025, when the engine started, to March 2026, when we shipped the go-to-market plan. New episodes drop every Tuesday.
